Q & A with the author: Using video conferencing software clients ask questions to the author of EAfA about the approach. Minimum 30 minutes.
Development of Agility Change Agents: A four-hour on-line programme to prepare change agents to be able to deliver the seven steps of the EAfA Approach. Can be customised for individuals or clients can join a monthly class.
Agility Surveys: Diagnostic instruments are being developed for several of the seven steps of the EAfA process. This are currently being tested and will come available in the coming months.
Rate Card:
Q&A with the author: £250 per hour + VAT if applicable
Development of Agility Change Agents (4 hour session): Individual Programme: £550 + VAT if applicable. Group Programme: £200 + VAT if applicable per participant.
Agility Surveys: Fees under discussion.
