The Organisational Innovation Audit
The OIA is a key element in a comprehensive diagnostic and intervention process. It enables an organisation to decide how to strengthen its organisational capability to support innovation. More than 120 organisations have used the OIA, placing their survey results on our database. Clients have included pharmaceutical companies, a UN agency, energy companies, service organisations and small fast-moving companies.

Managing Innovation Audit (MIA)
The MIA was developed from an twelve-year research programme. It examines (i) whether an organisation has the full range of capabilities that are required for it to be innovative; (ii) whether those leading the organisation are behaving in ways that promote value-creating innovation and (iii) whether those undertaking innovation have the required skills.

The Ready to Innovate Audit
R2I Audit examines a proposal to determine if an organization can undertake a successful innovation process in the specific case. The R2I audit explores the technological and other requirements for the six required dimensions of proposal-specific capability:
