Systemic agility has 20 components that are shown on the wheel diagram. A condensed survey is available to readers of the book without charge. Those interested in receiving the free survey should write an email to surveys@richmondconsult.com stating which organisation they wish to survey, the approximate numbers of informants and whether the data from the survey can be provided to Richmond Consultants Ltd anonymously to assist in refinement of the diagnostic process.

Those using the survey will be asked the give assurances that the data gained will be compliant with current legal requirements and the survey questions will not be republished or circulated.
