We offer two confidential services for individuals that can be supplied in person or by SKYPE.
Our Career Development programme is strongly based on Dave Francis' book Managing Your Own Career. Our service has of 10 one-hour sessions that can be weekly or fortnightly. In between sessions participants undertake structured exercises.
Our Executive Coaching programme is problem or opportunity focused. A minimum session is 30 minutes after which participants define their own requirements.
for mananaging innovation
For individuals seeking to strengthen their Personal Innovation Skills we offer our Innovation Opportunities Analysis Technique (IOAT) that helps find where innovation is needed. This can be provided by SKYPE or in person.
On a consultancy basis we offer an Organisational Innovation Improvement Plan (OIIP) with five main elements: assessing current innovation capability, identifying blockages, determining the organisation’s current and wanted innovation paradigm, installing metrics and implementing a capability development programme.
