OUR DATA MANAGEMENT POLICY
Personal data will only be kept for as long as is required for the purpose for which it was collected.
Records are 'all recorded information, in any form and regardless of media'.
We actively manage the life-cycle of records, ensuring their security, so they can be effectively used.

Names of contributors to our surveys will be anonymised within four weeks of a survey being completed.

No members of the company will see individual’s responses to the survey.

Surveys are anonymised as soon as all invitees have responded or the survey has been closed.

Individual responses are destroyed after the feedback report has been written.

Numerical findings are retained as research data, but the name of the client company is disguised.
Where survey data can be used for subsequent research purposes, with the written agreement of the client company / organisation, anonymised data, including any information that could allow the client company to be identified, will be kept in an encrypted format on a secure server.
Duplicate records are kept to a minimum.
